After acquiring an existing facility on two major highways in northern Minnesota, the John Deere dealership engaged Lakehead Constructors and the architect to fast-track this project.  The renovation was 13,500 sq. ft. and the dealership interior spaces include: sales / display area, lounge with gas fireplace, offices, parts counter, conference room, break room, restrooms, office work area for IT and copiers, shop and equipment delivery area, wash bay and service bay.

Scopes of work entailed light demolition, mechanical and electrical rough-ins, structural steel framing, interior liner panels, replaced overhead doors, new jib crane, loading dock, metal stud walls, new door frames, drywall, painting, carpeting, tile, VCT and casework.

New construction included a 200 sq. ft. addition for the new dealership main entrance.  Concrete foundation, aluminum curtain wall and roof.

Exterior improvements included new site lighting and asphalt paved parking lot.
